MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission at New Canaan Baptist Church is to glorify God by sharing Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to as many people as possible. We strive to engage Christ, engage the family, engage the church and engage the community/missions. There is one God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God’s only Son. The Bible is God’s Holy Word, without error. Salvation is a gift through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism is by immersion after salvation and is done in obedience to Jesus Christ’s command. Every believer has direct access to God through Jesus Christ.
